The use of contentlibrary.marysmeals.org (Mary’s Meals’ digital content library) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
All material available via the digital content library is the property and copyright of Mary’s Meals and / or the relevant photographer or videographer (where they have been referenced in the resource details).
Express permission must be sought for use of Mary’s Meals’ content in any external publication or programme. When you use any content from this site in any external publication (such as newspaper articles), content must be credited in the following manner: ‘Mary’s Meals / Photographer or videographer’s name’.
Under no circumstances may you manipulate a photograph or video by means of computer or any other technique without our prior written consent. Nor may you reproduce a photograph (in whole or in part) as an element within another picture.
It is important that we can track how our content is used. Each time you download content from this site, we ask you to tell us the way you intend to use it (for example, for publication on a website, newsletter or presentation). You may only use content downloaded from this site for the specified purpose. If you intend to use the same content more than once, or for a different purpose, you must download the content again.
Some of our photographic content will be accompanied by a caption. When you reproduce that content, you must ensure that it is published either alongside, or in the spirit of, the accompanying caption. If there is no caption accompanying a photograph, you must consult with us about using an appropriate caption, before the image is published.
You may only use captions alongside the content to which it is related. If you are using a quote about a person in a photograph, you must accurately attribute that quote to the person(s) depicted.
When you publish or reproduce content from this site, you must make it clear that it depicts the work of Mary’s Meals and its school feeding programmes. You may not present it as, or otherwise attribute it to, another organisation’s work.
Every person featured in Mary’s Meals content must be shown with dignity and respect.
Under no circumstances must content be copied, on-loaned or otherwise disposed of without the prior written consent of Mary’s Meals International.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information contained in the Mary’s Meals digital content library is both accurate and complete, we do not accept responsibility for the accuracy of any content used in an external publication.
